- Camera Permission: The App requests camera access only for store owner/admin use in the admin section to manage product catalogue images. Regular users/customers are never asked for camera access. This permission is optional and only required for administrative functions.
- Storage Permissions (Read/Write): The App may request storage permissions for admin users to upload, select, and manage product images and videos in the catalogue. Regular users do not require these permissions.
- Internet Permission: Required for the App to function and connect to our servers, Firebase services, and to load product content. This is a core functionality requirement.
- Phone State Permission: Used exclusively for phone number authentication via Firebase Authentication. We do not access or store your phone number without your explicit consent during the authentication process.
- Audio Permission: Used for video playback functionality within the App, allowing you to control audio playback for product videos.
- Location Permissions (Fine/Coarse): These are optional permissions that are not actively used by the App. They may be requested by third-party libraries but are not utilized for any App functionality.

Important Note: Some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records required by law, fraud prevention records, or data necessary for resolving disputes) for a limited period as required by applicable law, after which it will be permanently deleted. We will inform you if any data must be retained and the reason for retention.
